Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
Deposits are non-refundable
Please communicate with me ASAP if you’re needing to cancel.
We can reschedule your appointment ONE time to a later date to avoid losing your deposit. Rescheduling more than Jen once will require a new $100 deposit.
In the case of a no show, you will forfeit your deposit & a fee of 50% of your service cost will be due to book another appointment.
